Just off the block of timber known as the Comet Creek Sanctuary, referred to as the Big Block.

The area has long been known for producing the areas largest trophy Whitetails.  With big timbered ridges, winding creeks, and lots of farm land on any given night you might see 30-50 great bucks during velvet scouting missions.

This particular property has an easement access into the property from the north off of 2 mile road. It’s a well established road you can drive a car on, that that eventually leads you right to the NE corner of the property. Once to the property you can see what makes this one a true standout. This property is a once in a life time chance to own a property in the most coveted area of the state.

The main trail stays along the east side with 3 separate trails branching westerly off the main branch. Several areas are open enough for food plots and a couple of spots already have water holes established.

East to west ridges show signs of years of heavy travel and old deer stand locations proved what we suspected, that the deer are running these ridges. I have felt the excitement of an all day rut hunt in this area and can tell you its the most exciting hunting I’ve experienced.

Each visit on the UTV has yielded several deer sightings confirming this is the bedding area.

Our seller has acquired this property on a trade and we have no pictures from trail cameras, we are going off of years of hunting and living in this area to tell you how amazing this is. Each year many many big deer ( over 150″) are harvested in this area.

The property is currently in MFL closed

Seller retains a single tree harvest of 62″ circumference trees and larger, which is a huge tree. Some areas don’t even have trees this big. If your familiar with diameter cuts this will be a 20″ diameter cut, NOT the 12-14″ cuts that you normally hear about.  SO you will be left with with considerable timber after this particular harvest.

The seller will consider trades for timber tracts of land or a lake property.
