Jeremy is an experienced hunter that knows the land he is selling. Jeremy gets out of his truck and walks right along with you. Most realtors will not walk through the woods with you, in this area. Whitetail Dreams sold some land for me at the beginning of the year. It was listed for less than a month, and it was sold by Jeremy.
